Service Description
Our free walk-through service is designed to give you confidence before booking your clean. It gives you the opportunity to meet our team, ask questions, and show us exactly what you’re looking for. At the same time, it allows us to see the space in person, understand the scope of work required, and provide a more accurate and transparent quote—no surprises. You can book a walk-through before confirming your cleaning service if you’d like everything agreed upfront. If you prefer to book your clean first, that’s absolutely fine too—we’ll simply arrange the walk-through on a day and time that suits you before your scheduled clean.
Cancellation Policy
Our free walk-through service is offered to help us provide an accurate quote and ensure we fully understand your cleaning needs. Walk-throughs must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The service is free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed with a cleaning booking. Clients may choose to book a walk-through before booking a clean. If a walk-through is not booked in advance and a cleaning service is booked first, we will arrange the walk-through on a day and time suitable for the client prior to the scheduled clean. A walk-through will always take place before the first clean to confirm the scope of work and finalise pricing. We kindly ask that someone aged 18 or over is present during the walk-through to provide access and discuss requirements. If you need to cancel or reschedule your walk-through, please provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be reallocated. Quotes provided following a walk-through are based on the information available at the time. Any significant changes to the scope of work may result in an adjusted quote. This policy helps ensure clear expectations, accurate pricing, and a smooth experience for all clients.
