Cancellation Policy
By accepting this policy or by booking, you agree to our terms. This policy acts as our contract between us and you. Rescheduling bookings: To change your booking date/day/time, we ask that you give us 24 hours' notice from the start time of your booking. This is to ensure we have time to inform your cleaner and potentially fill your space. After this time, you may be charged an admin fee of £15 to change your booking. Cancelling bookings: To cancel your booking, please do so by giving us 24 hours' notice. You can do this by email, our contact forms, or by contacting your cleaner directly, who will then let us know. A full refund will then be sent to you, this can take up to 7 working days. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, and your booking is non-refundable. Carpet Cleaning: We sometimes hire a carpet cleaning machine if ours is out for servicing/maintenance. You are not charged any extra for this. However, if you rescheduled your booking with less than 24 hours to go until your booking, we will charge you for the carpet cleaner if we have hired one for your booking. This is to cover loss of earnings, and also because when we hire the machine, we do so 24 hours before your booking. For cancellations, we also ask for 24 hours notice. If you cancel after the cut-off point, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and will not be refunded. Photos: We sometimes take photos for advertising purposes and our website. If you wish for us not to take photos in your home, please let us know in the notes section at checkout or by letting your cleaner know before the clean commences. If you have not told us that you do not wish for us to do so, but see images on our socials or website. We hold the right to keep the photos live on both. We cannot also be held accountable for this. Tips: If you wish to tip your cleaner/dogwalker, you can do this by cash, or if paying online, you can pay a tip by card. All tips given to your cleaner go 100% to them. We do not share tips unless it was a team of people cleaning for you. Abuse: Everyone who works for us has the right to come to work without abuse. If we have complaints from our cleaners about abuse, we will investigate this, and if necessary, we will cancel all future bookings with you with no refund given.
