What’s included
We agree the work for your property in advance. Typical areas include kitchens, bathrooms, accessible surfaces, floors and rooms being prepared for the next occupant.
Property size and pricing
Prices start from £160 including VAT. The final quote depends on size, condition and the tasks requested. We’ll set out the scope and price before any booking is confirmed.
Preparing for your clean
Let us know your moving date, access arrangements and whether the property will be empty. We can then plan the clean around the practical details.
Optional specialist cleaning
Tell us about appliances, unusually detailed work or other specific requests when you enquire. We’ll explain what we can include and quote accordingly.
Changes and cancellations
Moving plans can change. Let us know as soon as possible; we’ll explain the arrangements that apply before confirming your visit.
