What’s included
Your cleaning plan is agreed during the walkthrough. Typical tasks include kitchens, bathrooms, accessible surfaces, living areas and floors, within the booked time.
Your free walkthrough
We learn how you use your home, what matters most to you and how much time is likely to be needed. We’ll then confirm a practical plan and availability.
Weekly or fortnightly cleaning
Choose the frequency that suits you, subject to route availability. We’ll confirm the day, time and agreed work before regular visits begin.
Pricing and minimum booking
Prices start from £16.50 per hour including VAT, with a two-hour minimum. The final arrangement reflects your home and agreed cleaning plan.
Access and keyholding
We’ll agree access and any keyholding arrangement individually before visits start. Please raise any access needs during the walkthrough.
Cancellations and FAQs
We’ll explain the arrangements for schedule changes and any other questions before you commit. Please tell us about special requirements when you enquire.
Add dog walking to your regular clean
Ask about arranging a walk alongside your cleaning enquiry. We will confirm a suitable day and time after checking your postcode and meeting your dog.
Second dog from the same household: +£5 per walk. Walks are subject to route availability and a free meet and greet.
