for Noble Cleaning & Dog Walking Services Limited

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Noble Cleaning & Dog Walking Services Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By booking, using, or paying for any service provided by the Company, the client (“you”, “your”, or “the Client”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all current and future services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all services offered by the Company, including but not limited to:

  • Domestic cleaning

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • End of tenancy cleaning

  • Window cleaning

  • Dog walking

  • Pet visits and care services

  • External cleaning services

  • Any additional services agreed between the Company and the Client

3. Formation of Contract

A legally binding contract is formed when:

  • A booking is confirmed verbally, online, by message, email, phone call, or in writing; and/or

  • Payment or deposit is made; and/or

  • The Company attends the property to carry out the service

By booking a service, the Client confirms they:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have authority to permit services at the property

  • Accept these Terms & Conditions in full

4. Quotations & Pricing

4.1 Estimates

All quotations are estimates based on information provided by the Client.

Final pricing may change where:

  • Property condition differs

  • Additional work is required

  • Access difficulties arise

  • Additional services are requested

4.2 Minimum Charges

Minimum charges may apply per visit.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Heavy dirt or biohazards

  • Extra labour or time

  • Parking or congestion fees

  • Waiting time

  • Inaccessible properties or lockouts

5. Payments

5.1 Payment Terms

All payments must be made using the payment details provided on the official Company invoice.

Payment is due by the due date clearly stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

Failure to make payment by the stated due date may result in:

  • Suspension or cancellation of services

  • Late payment charges or administration fees

  • Debt recovery action

  • Statutory interest under applicable UK legislation

The Company reserves the right to require advance payment or deposits for selected services or repeat late-payment accounts.

5.2 Non-Payment & Debt Recovery

Non-payment of invoices may result in legal recovery proceedings, and the Client shall be liable for any reasonable recovery costs, legal fees, collection agency fees, court fees, and administrative costs incurred by the Company in recovering outstanding balances.

The Company reserves the right to pass unpaid accounts to a third-party debt recovery agency without further notice where invoices remain unpaid beyond the stated due date.

Continued failure to make payment may also result in permanent refusal of future services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Minimum notice:

  • 24 hours for standard bookings

  • 48 hours for larger or specialist jobs

Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

7. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe access. If access is not possible, full charges may still apply.

8. Health & Safety

We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or abusive.

9. Cleaning Services

No guarantee is made for removal of permanent stains, damage, or pre-existing issues.

10. Window Cleaning Services

Work may be delayed due to weather or unsafe conditions. The Company is not responsible for defects in windows or seals.

11. Dog Walking & Pet Services

Clients confirm pets are safe, vaccinated where appropriate, and suitable for exercise.

Emergency veterinary care may be sought at the Client’s expense if required.

12. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, safe access, and disclose risks or hazards.

13. Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect loss, pre-existing damage, or wear and tear.

14. Insurance

The Company holds appropriate business insurance where required.

15. Keys & Security

Keys and access information are stored securely and handled confidentially.

16. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Complaints

Complaints must be made within:

  • 24 hours (cleaning)

  • 48 hours (pet services)

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control.

19. Termination

We may terminate services immediately due to non-payment, abuse, unsafe conditions, or breach of terms.

20. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time and will apply to future bookings.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
