Update to Our Booking Terms & Conditions – Photography and Media

We have recently updated our Booking Terms & Conditions to include a new section relating to the use of photographs and videos of our work. From time to time, our team may take photographs or short videos of completed cleaning work within our customers' homes or business premises. These images and videos help us showcase the quality of our services and may be used across our social media platforms, website, printed marketing materials and other advertising.

We understand that not every customer will wish to have photographs or videos taken. If you would prefer to opt out, email us at admin@noblecleaning.co.uk before or during your service to let us know. We will add your details to our media exclusion list, and no photographs or videos will be taken at your property. Choosing to opt out will not affect your booking, your consumer rights or the quality of service you receive in any way.

Protecting our customers' privacy is extremely important to us. We never intentionally include personal information, family photographs, addresses or other identifying details in any content we publish. Where this cannot reasonably be avoided, any personal or identifying information will be blurred or otherwise removed before images or videos are shared.
