  • Residential payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Commercial services are invoiced and payable according to agreed terms (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), with VAT receipts issued upon payment.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or differs from initial assessment.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services and possible recovery action.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice periods and fees are outlined in our Booking Policies.

  • Late cancellations, missed appointments, or same-day changes may incur charges.

  • Continued failure to attend or comply may result in termination of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking services

  • Ensure safe and reasonable working conditions

  • Provide access to the property at the agreed time

  • Inform us of any hazards, risks, or special requirements

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in refusal or suspension of services.

7. Service Standards & Limitations

  • We do not guarantee removal of all stains, mould, or damage

  • Certain services may require specialist equipment or prior agreement

8. Liability & Insurance

We hold appropriate public liability insurance.

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Loss or damage not reported within 24 hours

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Clients are advised to secure high-value or fragile items prior to service.

9. Complaints & Satisfaction

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly.

  • Complaints should be reported within 24 hours of service

  • We may offer a re-clean, discount, or other resolution where appropriate

  • Complaints raised after this period may be more difficult to resolve

10. Refunds

Refunds are issued only where, after investigation, we are found to be at fault.

  • Where a complaint has been resolved (e.g., re-clean or discount), no further refund will be issued

  • Late complaints may not qualify for refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control or changes of mind

11. Staff Conduct & Privacy

All staff are trained professionals and undergo appropriate checks, including basic DBS checks where applicable.

Clients agree to:

  • Treat staff with respect

  • Not contact staff outside working hours or via personal channels

  • Not attempt to locate staff via social media

Breaches may result in termination of services and possible legal action.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
