Step One
Fill out our simple quote form, selecting the service you are interested in.
Step Two
Once received, a member from our office team will review your request, and they will then be in contact with you to discuss your requirements. This enables us to give each client a more bespoke quote. We can also book you in for a home visit with your cleaner (this is optional unless you are booking in for a deep clean or end of tenancy clean, where it is required before we can issue you a quote.)
Step Three
Once a quote has been given and accepted by you, we will then get you booked in, and a booking confirmation will be sent out to you via email to confirm this. If you are booked in for a repeat service, you will only get 1 booking confirmation for your 1st booking.
Step Four
On the day of your service and after your services have finished, an invoice will be sent out for you for payment. This enables us to track payments better, ensuring a smooth service. Payments are due on the day of the service. Commercial clients, this will be different. We will discuss payment options when booking you in.
