Terms & Conditions

Noble Cleaning and Dog Walking Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning and dog walking services by Noble Cleaning and Dog Walking Services ("Noble Cleaning", "we", "us", or "our") within the United Kingdom. By booking or using our services, you ("the Client", "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions. Noble Cleaning & Dog Walking services are an umbrella company of The Jamieson Corporation Limited.

1. Services Provided

​

1.1 Regular Domestic Cleaning

We provide regular domestic cleaning services on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis as agreed. Tasks will be outlined at the time of booking and may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, and other agreed-upon household tasks.

1.2 End of Tenancy Cleaning

​

End of tenancy cleaning services are provided to help meet landlord or letting agent requirements. While we aim to clean to a professional standard, we cannot guarantee the return of tenancy deposits, as this depends on the landlord or agent's discretion and the condition of the property.

1.3 Commercial Cleaning

​

We provide commercial cleaning services for offices, retail premises, and other business properties. A site visit may be required before confirming pricing. Services will be carried out outside or within business hours as agreed.

1.5 Dog Walking Services

​

We provide dog walking and basic pet care services as agreed at the time of booking. Walk duration, frequency, and handling requirements must be clearly communicated in advance.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Bookings

​

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Noble Cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2.2 Payments

​

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on the day of service. We accept payment by bank transfer only. Late payments may result in suspension of services and or a late payment fee which will be no less than 20% of your booking fee.

2.3 Pricing

​

Prices are based on the information provided by the Client. We reserve the right to revise pricing if the scope of work changes, if additional time is required, or if information provided is inaccurate.

2.4 Cancellations (Bookings & Payments)

​

Clients may cancel their booking; however, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled booking start time is required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the total service cost. Failure to provide access or attend a booked service without notice may result in the full-service fee being charged.

2.5 Online payments & Deposits.

​

Any payments made online, including deposits or payments made in advance via any of our means, are non-refundable if the service is cancelled.

​

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

3.1 Regular Domestic & Commercial Cleaning

​

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

​

3.2 End of Tenancy & Carpet Cleaning

​

Due to time allocation and equipment scheduling, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the booked fee.

​

3.3 Dog Walking Services

​

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Missed walks without notice may be charged in full.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Cleaning Services

  • Provide safe and timely access to the property.

  • Ensure water and electricity are available.

  • Secure valuables and fragile items

  • Inform us of fragile surfaces, existing damage, or hazards.

  • Ensure pets (other than dogs booked for walking) are secured during cleaning

4.2 Dog Walking Services

  • Ensure dogs are healthy, vaccinated, and suitable for walking.

  • Disclose behavioural issues, aggression, or medical conditions.

  • Provide suitable leads, collars, harnesses, and equipment.

  • Ensure dogs are microchipped in line with UK law

5. Health, Safety, and Insurance

5.1 Cleaning Products

​

We use standard professional cleaning products. Clients must notify us in advance of allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences.

​

5.2 Dog Walking Safety

​

Dogs will be walked in accordance with UK animal welfare standards and local council regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a walk if a dog is deemed unsafe.

​

5.3 Insurance

​

Noble Cleaning holds appropriate public liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

6. Liability

​

6.1 Cleaning Services

​

We are not liable for damage caused by faulty items, poor installation, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed fragile items.

​

6.2 Carpet Cleaning

​

We cannot guarantee that all stains and marks can be removed from your carpets; we are professionals, not magicians. We are not responsible for shrinkage, colour running, or texture changes caused by pre-existing carpet conditions or manufacturer defects.

​

6.3 Dog Walking Services

​

We are not liable for illness, injury, loss, or death of a dog unless caused by proven negligence. In emergencies, veterinary treatment will be sought, and all associated costs are the responsibility of the Client.

7. Keys and Property Access

​

Where keys, codes, or alarm details are provided, we will take reasonable care of them. We are not responsible for loss caused by faulty locks or third-party access.

8. Complaints and Satisfaction

​

Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify issues where appropriate. Please contact us via email to Admin@noblecleaning.co.uk

9. Termination of Services

​

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

​

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Client information is used solely for service provision and will not be shared except where legally required.

11. Amendments

​

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be made available upon request.

​

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
